All you need to know about the forthcoming Oscars

You might just be attending the Oscars , who knows?!! But whilst contemplating that here’s all you need to know about the forthcoming Oscar Award Show.

The nominees’ list for the 91st Oscars has been released.

“Roma” and “The Favourite” led the pack, scoring 10 nominations each for the 2019 edition of the awards show.

“Black Panther,” “Blackkklansman,” “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “A Star Is Born,” “Vice,” “The Favourite,” and “Green Book” were nominated in the Best Picture category.

For the Best Actor category, Christian Bale in “Vice,” Rami Malek in “Bohemian Rhapsody,” Bradley Cooper in “A Star Is Born,” Willem Dafoe in “At Eternity’s Gate,” and Viggo Mortensen in “Green Book” will battle for the award.

Glenn Close in “The Wife,” Lady Gaga in “A Star Is Born,” Olivia Colman in “The Favourite,” Yalitza Aparicio in “Roma,” and Melissa McCarthy in “Can You Ever Forgive Me?” are the nominees for the Best Actress category.

The award show will take place on February 24th.
