Savvy Magazine Africa partners Facebook to train female entrepreneurs on digital marketing

In March, we launched  THE EIGHT EDITION THEMED ‘WOMEN’ This edition was centered on balancing career and relationships for successful women, why successful women struggle or are thought to struggle in life, business and career a very prevalent situation in Nigeria.

This was also an opportunity to shine a light on societal demands of women who aspire to break the glass ceilings in several industries. It’s all about girl power and the tools to truly live every single day to our full potential as entrepreneurs, designer, bosses, scientists, actors, musicians, mothers, sisters, friends, colleagues as WOMEN!

Following this #WomensIssue, graced by Annie Idibia, we partnered with Facebook and Rabbington media to train female entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners this June and it is FREE.

This is one training set to empower women who run #SMEs to conquer their industry and we are quite excited about this, we believe at Savvy Magazine Africa that when women succeed we all win.

Women in business will learn how to carve a niche for their businesses online, get access to use and learn smart digital marketing tools and drive innovation, learn new ideas and creativity to attract more customers and stand out amidst the stiff competition.

‘If women have equal opportunities to reach their full potential, the world would not only be fairer, it would be more prosperous as well,” said World Bank Group Interim President Kristalina Georgieva.  “Change is happening, but not fast enough and 2.7 billion women are still legally barred from having the same choice of jobs as men. It is paramount that we remove the barriers that hold women back; our women need the necessary empowerment, information and skills to thrive and break the glass ceilings in every industry; says Akinseye Tofunmi, The CEO of Savvy Magazine Africa.

We are calling on all female Smes to join us at the Facebook NG Hub, located at 8 Montgomery Road Yaba, Lagos, on the 21st of June, 2019 for a great experience and an opportunity to learn and grow.

Time is 9am-2pm, there will be free breakfast and lunch, photo hubs with our cover girl Annie Idibia and other exciting activities. To be a part of this kindly register here or visit www.savvymagafrica.com

This event is free.
