Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju Omiyinka popularly known as Baba Ijesha has been granted bail by the court in the sum of 2million Naira with 2 shorties
The court ruled that one of the shorties must be a blood relation, resides in Lagos, and must have a tax clearance certificate of 3 years preceding today and a valid birth certificate. Such shorties must make a monetary bond of 1m.
The other shorty must be a legal practitioner whose certificate is valid.
Baba Ijesha has only 7 days to perfect the bail as he was released to Babatunde Ogala SAN to write a letter of undertaking.
The court has adjourned his trial to the 26th, 27th, and 28th of July for the prosecution to open his case against the defendant.
